Heather Donnelly is a National Instructional Coach, Professional Learning Consultant, faculty member with the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD), and owner and president of inFOCUS Coaching & Consulting, LLC. Heather spent the last five years focusing her support in schools throughout the US working with administrators, coaches, K-12 teachers, and college professors. Prior to this, she taught public school and has extensive classroom experience across a variety of grade-levels and content-areas. Heather has also supported educators as an adjunct professor teaching courses in content-area literacy with the Penn Literacy Network at the University of Pennsylvania and The College at Brockport, State University of New York. She has presented at several state and national conferences and been published in educational journals. In addition to her work with schools, Heather has also worked as a Senior Trainer with Eagle Productivity Solutions, supporting businesses with computer-based learning. Heather has a degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in counseling from West Chester University, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration from The College at Brockport. She is a certified teacher in the state of Pennsylvania and a certified School District Leader in the state of New York. Heather lives in Victor, NY with her husband and two children.
